A sophisticated brunch, an ode to hospitality
Every last week-end of the month at Le Gabriel in Bordeaux, from 11.30 am to 2.30 pm, the Chef takes the concept of a family-friendly brunch to new heights with an all-you-can-eat buffet featuring seafood platters, truffle croque-monsieurs, trios of salmon gravlax and foie gras terrine, along with creamy soups, purées, stuffed poultry and legs of lamb. Desserts include pastries, fruit, panna cotta, honey-flavoured financiers, slices of lemon cake and flan pâtissier and more besides.
A children’s play area provides the perfect setting for activities which change every week, from make-up workshops to circus skills.
