Bordeaux Tasting at Gabriel
For Bordeaux Tasting, Chef Bertrand Noeureuil is offering a unique menu for lunch on Saturday 9 December and Sunday 10 December, as well as for dinner on Saturday 9 December, to be enjoyed at 1544, Gabriel's bistro:
Amuse-bouche: Foie gras ravioli and mushroom velouté
Starter: White tuna with citrus fruits and raw vegetables
Main course: Pan-fried veal, artichoke and sage gnocchi, balsamic vinegar jus
Selection of cheeses
Dessert: apple tourtière, almond ice cream
80€ per person (67€ per person without cheese).
For the Saturday evening dinner, only the menu served with cheese will be available.
